Villa "Naizan" is located in Ametlla de Mar and offers everything you need for a pleasant getaway. The property, spread over 2 floors, consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, television, fan, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker. A cot and a high chair are also available.



The villa features a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open terrace, 2 covered terraces, 2 balconies, barbecue, playground and outdoor shower. The outdoor area is fully equipped for dining, sunbathing by the pool and enjoying drinks in the shade.



There are 3 parking spaces available on the property and free street parking. Families with children are welcome and 1 pet is allowed. Smoking inside the building and hosting events with non-registered guests are not permitted. Check-in is only available for guests over 25 years old.



Events with up to 12 people are allowed. Please respect quiet hours during your stay (no noise after midnight). There is no air conditioning. Towels and bed linen can be provided (available for an extra fee). Please note that during your stay, there may be government regulations regarding water that could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation or limit tap water usage.
