"The room was exactly as pictured very quaint and cute only complaint was the countertops and tops of the dressers had ring stains from cups and whatnot otherwise very clean. Pool area was small as was the pool so we didn't use it as just having a group of 4 other people in there made it feel crowded. Free coffee bar was nice. I recommend the banana split iced latte. YUM!!

"I booked my hotel stay through Expedia gave the front desk concierge person my 80 she stated that she could not find my reservations. I pulled out my phone and showed her the confirmation number. She looked at it and stated that she did not have my reservations. Try calling Expedia and they were not able to pick up the phone had to purchase another room. The staff was not helpful at all."
"Ok, men med mulighed for forbedringer. Prisen er rimelig ifht området, men vi ville vælge andet hotel næste gang. Mange problemer med låsekort som ikke virker. Aircondition på værelset lugter jordslået. Rengøring og skift af lined/håndklæder kun hv 2. dag. En del uro med nye Yale studerende. Fint men dyr parkering (25 dollar/dag). Fint og central placering. Køleskab på værelset
men ikke hjemmebar. "
"Motorcyclists race down the nearby streets all night long. Sleeping is impossible. The management was not responsive. I had to call the New Haven Police Department myself to register a complaint. Don’t select this hotel if you want a good night’s sleep."
