We had to be moved to another unit because of HVAC issues.
The apartment was great aside from that (and the one we were moved to was also great) and the value was great.
One star deducted because the communication process that was required to make the switch and generally get it dealt with was cumbersome and inconvenient, with the property management, local Landing management, and the Landing phone hotline all being less-than-perfectly coordinated (especially after hours/over the weekend), resulting in having to follow up repeatedly and spend hours on hold waiting to talk to people.
If you had asked me for a rating in the midst of that it would probably be two stars, but in the end it was resolved well and the stay was good aside from that inconvenience. We would seriously consider returning in spite of that (and given the unlikely odds of needing that kind of intervention again). But hopefully they figure out how to streamline these processes in the meantime.
