"数日前の急な人数変更に、系列宿の部屋を押さえてくれ、当日チェックインの大幅な遅れにも嫌な顔せず対応していただきました。
スパーランドまでの道や交通状況も教えてく ださり、本当に感謝しています。
お部屋は写真よりも広く感じ、修学旅行のように楽しめました。
空調もとても良く効きました。"

"風呂とトイレのユニットバスが部屋とは建物が少し離れていて、外を歩く必要がありました。夏場は特に問題ないですが、寒くなって来ると少しきついかなと思いました。
後は部屋のコンセントの位置が少し分かりにくいので、延長コードが部屋に一つセットされているとさらに使いやすくなると思いました。
ナガシマリゾートからは本当に目と鼻の先なので、ナガシマに遊びに行く人にはすごくいい立地です。
また、遅い時間(21時半くらい)の到着でしたが、すごく笑顔で出迎えてもらえたので良かったです。"
