Experience unmatched peace and relaxation at our charming holiday home. The Old Charmi Ranch combines the character of a traditional farmhouse with modern comforts. Surrounded by ancient oaks, fields, and meadows, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Schwinge Valley. This unique setting is an ideal retreat for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. Despite its seclusion, Stade, Hamburg, Bremen, and the North Sea are all within easy reach.



The apartment is on the ground floor with a private entrance. It offers about 65 m² of space, featuring a spacious kitchen for four, a living/sleeping room, a small bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. You’ll also find a filter coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. There’s a dining table for four. The living/sleeping area includes a cozy sofa, comfortable armchair, internet radio, and smart TV. The double bed in the bedroom is 1.80 m wide. The small room has a single bed (90x200 cm) and a small workspace. A cot or crib can be provided on request. Everything is individually furnished and lovingly decorated.
