Sun Sprinkles offers more than 2,100 square feet of comfortable living space across three levels, making it ideal for families or groups looking for room to relax while staying close to the beach. The home blends coastal charm with modern conveniences, providing multiple gathering spaces both indoors and outdoors.



The first floor welcomes guests with garage access and a private bedroom featuring a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. This level also includes a fun foosball table for friendly competition and easy entertainment after a day at the beach.



On the second floor, you'll find the main living space designed for gathering and relaxation. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with GE appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and everything needed for home-cooked meals, including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and all essential cookware. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living area where large windows and access to the covered deck provide beautiful ocean views. There is also a half bath on this level for convenience. One of the primary bedrooms is located on this floor and features a queen bed, a spa-style bathroom with a walk-in shower plus a bathtub and a private balcony overlooking the backyard pool.
