  • Welcome to Andreas Place, a comfortable, family-friendly beach retreat offering 4 bedrooms, spacious living areas, a community pool just steps from the back door, and comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests.

    — HOUSE RULES:
    • No parties or events allowed.
    • No smoking allowed.
    • Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $225.
    • No pee pads permitted.

    NOTES:
    A signed Booking Agreement is required for all reservations before check-in.
    This is a 3-story townhome and does not have an elevator.
    Guests traveling with dogs are responsible for following all local beach and leash regulations.
    The outdoor pool is managed by the community HOA, which determines its opening and closing dates. Pool closures do not qualify for refunds or discounts.

A wonderful stay. Cloe access to beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. Plenty of room for our group of seven to congregate or to seek privacy.

The house itself was comfortable and easy access to the beach. Parking was quite difficult, especially if you’ve never experienced the area.

Nice start to summer

The kitchen was fully stocked and it was very clean!

This property was close to the beach and close to the complex pool, both important features to our group. Our group cooked a lot and we felt the kitchen could have been better equipped such as with more than one large fry pan, scissors, bowls. My husband really missed having a chair in the master (king) bedroom. Also one of the sinks in the master bath did not drain and we couldn't use it. Overall the unit met our needs for a week.

The property was clean and well stocked with the things we needed (e.g., toilet paper, hand wash, laundry pods). We loved the ping pong table and appreciated having a few beach chairs to use. It was a short and easy walk to the beach and to the pier area. The proximity to Joe Eakes park was one of the best parts. What a great facility - tennis a pickleball courts were in excellent condition, and the disc golf course was a nice bonus! It was too chilly to use the pool but we plan to come back again in the future!

Great stay at Kure Beach!

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and spacious. We loved how close it was to the beach. The property manager was very responsive during our stay, answered all our questions and assisted when we needed. Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay here. So sad to leave.

The house is awesome. Very clean, great beds, clean bathrooms, new and spacious. Beach was beautiful, very clean and family friendly. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and biking down the street to get ice cream each night.

It is a great location, so close to the beach, the boardwalk, the pier. The house is lovely, clean, cozy and well outfitted. The pool was a great place to cool off after the beach. The management and owner were very responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend it and would be very happy to stay there again.

Quiet neighborhood-2nlocks to beach

We enjoyed staying at this beach condo all the rooms on both the front and the back of the condo have a porch to sit on. It was beautifully furnished and the kitchen had most everything you need to cook. The beach was very close by with a nice entrance Three blocks from the house. We found a lovely Greenway that connects to the neighborhoods on the non-beach side of the house. The property worked well for our dogs and we enjoyed many walks through the lovely, quiet nearby neighborhood. Our only criticism is the bed in the master could have been more comfortable.

Was very convenient to beach and A/C ran exceptionally well for heat wave. Had bikes and chairs available. Some outdoor chairs were tattered and unusable. Living room had 2 uncomfortable chairs that were from Dr Seuss book in design. Kitchen was fairly stocked with just a few things missing.. tongs, large stock pot. Was a bit of a safety hazard with high risers on some stairs. Had lots of outdoor decks. Property manager very attentive.

A Great Thanksgiving Getaway

This was a great 5-day Thanksgiving trip with family. Space is large, close to the beach (though crosses a road that's often busy), and having 4 beds and 4 baths is great. Our dog was very happy with the convenient public beach entrance nearby. Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans making it easy to cook. The only real downside was the amenities compared to most VRBOs - something I understand is common for the Carolina Beach market. Most people know you have to click a button on vrbo listings to see the full price as opposed to what that they quote you. Here, however, you have to pay for an additional linens package that's not listed if you want sheets and towels, and the quality of what you get is poor (towels that don't dry and somewhat rough sheets). There is no soap or shampoo provided in the bathrooms either, and not much toilet paper. I wouldn't have minded as much if the listing spelled all of this out (the linens package I knew about, for instance), but it's vague on several points and i had to call a couple time to get answers. Go in forewarned about these things and you'll have a great time.

2024 family vacation

Family vacation

The townhouse accommodated everyone, but the pullout sofa was most uncomfortable for sleeping. The carpet from the first to second level was stained, and we saw several roaches crawling on it during the week, presumably trying to get to the kitchen. Jillian was very responsive when we notified them of missing linens. The door to the upstairs hall bathroom did not close all the way, causing most to be reluctant to use it, resulting in five people using the master bathroom.

July 2022 Stay

Andrea’s Place provided plenty of space for our 2 families and dog to stay. It was perfectly located between Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher, and only a short walk to the beach. The photos on the listing are very accurate so no surprises for us. There are lots of things to do in the area and lots of memories to be made!
