In the lovely town of Kure Beach, this home is the perfect beach vacation destination for groups up to 14. The house was fully renovated in 2025 and is loaded with features and technology. Located just 1.2 blocks from a private community beach access that includes private parking and a gazebo at the entrance. Located on a private cul-de-sac the home offers 5 bedrooms (3 Kings), 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Located just one mile from Kure Beach pier and 2 miles to Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

The home is also perfectly situated between the boardwalk areas of Kure beach (1 mile) and Carolina beach (2 miles). Explore the treasures of Pleasure Island; ranked one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country by Food & Wine magazine. One of the last remaining beach boardwalks on the East Coast it includes a variety of restaurants, arcade, shops, ice cream, Famous Britt’s Donuts, bars, and more! During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music and at extraordinary events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Annual off-season events that include Boardwalk activities are Christmas by the Sea and the Island of Lights Festival.

The space

Located on a private cul-de-sac the home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, highchair and porta crib. The Master bedroom has a King adjustable bed with full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 3rd has a King bed. These two bedrooms share a full Jack & Jill bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a full bottom, twin top bunk and a hide-away twin bed with a 1/2 bath that is perfect for children. The 5th bedroom suite has a full bath and a sitting area. The suite has a King bed, pull out sleeper couch, microwave, coffee maker and other basic amenities and can be accessed from a private entrance or from the 2nd floor.

The Kitchen, Dining and Living Room areas are situated on the third floor and fully equipped with everything you need for family and friends to gather during meals, games and entertainment as well as a 1/2 bath. Outside includes a fenced back yard with Charcoal BBQ grill. There are also three deck levels including a spiral staircase leading to a rooftop deck where you can enjoy views of the Ocean and a stunning Sunrise and Sunset.

A true highlight of this community is the charming, private, oceanfront gazebo, complete with dedicated parking and beach access just across the street- making spontaneous walks to the pristine white sandy shoreline both easy and irresistible.

There are many games and puzzles inside of the bench under the small table in the living room.
The arcade game power switch and volume control is located on the back of the unit.

Guest access

Guests can access any part of the home except for 1 pantry door, 1 closet in the Master, 1 closet in two of the other bedrooms and 2 storage areas.

The outside storage area with double doors is accessible to our guests and contains outdoor games, bicycles and beach items.

PARKING: Each reservation will have access to (4-5) assigned parking spaces in the home’s private driveway (*oversized vehicles depending). Private beach access parking is available in the “Kure By The Sea” community access. Parking MUST be accompanied by the parking pass inside the home.

Interaction with guests

I will be available for check-in and general assistance until 8PM EST. Anything with the exception of an emergency (ie. flood, fire, or another *safety* related risk sent to Maintenance) will be responded to ASAP the following day :)

Carolina Beach

•The Town of Carolina Beach offers multiple public parking options to visitors and residents on a FIRST COME-FIRST SERVE basis. Town-operated parking is open year round and paid parking is enforced March 1st - October 31st from 9AM - 8PM. Parking fees restart each morning during enforcement hours for all of the Town's parking lots and on-street parking spaces.

Kure Beach

Parking is enforced March 15 – Sept. 30 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Parking rates are $5 per hour. Visitors may purchase a day pass for $20, weekly pass for $100 or full season pass for $225.

GOLF CARTS

•To the county, golf carts are considered automobiles. Generally speaking, golf carts are NOT allowed on premises of ANY condo, condotel, or apartment. The same goes for trailers, motorcycles, etc. For SFR’s or properties supporting multiple vehicles, carts should be OK. However, be conscious that few homes have external outlets WITHOUT GFCI’S (which are code by today’s standards). Charging a cart on a GFCI will immediately trip the breaker, resulting in the inability to charge a cart amongst other repercussions. Gas carts will generally be the ideal rental option if in a home whose parking supports such.

• The home is NON-smoking (including vaping) and a heavy cleaning/repair charge can result if not adhered to. This includes porches, decks, balconies, and walkways.

• SWRE contractual quiet hours begin at 9:00pm EST. Town ordinance may allow more latitude with regards to noise (11:00pm) but our expectations are to help ensure all guests, locals, and neighbors alike have an enjoyable experience.

•Please always consider TRAVEL INSURANCE from your respective booking site or vendor to help protect your costs in case of inclement weather or last-minute travel complications (court, illness, etc.). These items are NOT refundable scenarios unless the property itself is compromised. If that does happen, we will do our absolute best to find you alternative housing.
