On the second level floor is where the living room, dining area, kitchen and the third bedroom is. The bedroom hosts a queen size bed, dresser, closet, and private balcony.
The living room has a pull out couch with a full bed.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need for your stay! A fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, a griddle, toaster, silverware, a knife set, utensils, a fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, and more!

Downstairs, enjoy a spacious room behind the garage area ideal for family nights or friendly get togethers, while the open-concept main floor provides a bright, breezy space to unwind after a day in the sun.

Rinse off in the outdoor shower after beach adventures and relax in the back yard! The garage will hold two cars and in the driveway you can park two cars as well. No street parking allowed. The property has a fully fenced in privacy yard in the back half of the house.
