"Great property in an excellent area. There are lots of local restaurants and connivence stores nearby. Five minute walk to the subway line 2 with easy access to Gangnam. The room was perfect for me (solo traveler) it had a nice tub and hot shower, comfy bed and it was very peaceful. I never heard any noises from other visitors and the street despite traffic was very quiet. They offer complimentary tea and high quality coffee. Staff is helpful."

"Good location, helpful staff , although having a concierge service would have been better to guide us through the city. Great places to eat around and access to metro and buses. Janat and Kim are very helpful at the front desk. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Lastly for budget minded travelers book early and breakfast is included and a decent variety to eat . French bakery tous le jous was a great experience as well and the K bbq was authentic. Thank you"

"Old, worn out, not at all like the pictures. Grout in bathroom full of algea and black fungus. Non-english speaking receptionists, but friendly and able to use translator app. TV didn't work and we couldn't explain this to staff (language)."

"Originally put as 5 star rating but then bumped down to a 4 star upon checkout. During checkout there was no one to be found, because I had a question to ask, if there was a car parking near by for the hotel for next time I stay I can drive instead of take subway. I won’t be staying again because no one was there to ask simple question, even knocking on their door, no one came out. I see on checkout there is a basket to put room keys, I was never given a room key only a code to enter the...

"Loved how they change the sheets everyday!! The staff were very friendly and always helpful if needed. Loved the rooftop patio. The location of the hotel was also very nice. It’s located in a system of alleyways that has lots to do. Great food, arcades, izakayas/bars."

"객실이 아주 넓었으며, 매우 쾌적했습니다. 조식도 훌륭합니다. 다음에 서울가면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶습니다."

"Great hotel with excellent staff. The location is pretty good. I would definitely stay here again. My experience would have been perfect if it still provided shuttle services to Incheon Airport or Seoul Station, although I couldn't really blame the hotel for it. Overall, we enjoyed staying here primarily because of the well equipped and clean room. I would like to especially thank the professional and courteous staff members."
