Although in the countryside, we are only a 15-minute drive from Maribor.

Nestled in the picturesque village of Zgornja Kungota, this charming house is the perfect base for exploring the countryside, Maribor, and its enchanting surroundings. Experience fine dining at Michelin-recommended restaurants, visit renowned wineries, and delve into historical sightseeing. Conclude your day with a bottle of local wine on the open terrace, followed by a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi under the stars. Accommodating up to six guests, our home offers both comfort and luxury for an unforgettable stay.

Turist tax (2€ per person per night) is paid separately. Pet fee (25€ per pet night) is paid separately.
Please keep the space clean. If using grill please clean it afterwards.

Please close all windows and lock the door upon check-out.

We kindly ask you to be reasonably quiet, especially during nighttime hours.

If there happen to be complaints from neighbors due to noise at night, we may have to ask you to leave the accommodation prematurely.

No parties or events.

Smoking and vaping in the apartment is not allowed.

Please keep the space clean. If you use the grill, please clean it after use.

Only registered guests are permitted; please, no additional guests or visitors.

In accordance with the law, we kindly ask you to present an identification document upon check-in.

In case of violation of house rules, we may have to ask you to leave the accommodation.
