The property was not ready when we arrived 2 hours later; the pool was not filled; garbage was outside of the property and clothes were left on the floor; no towels initially then received 4 towels for 5 people. All the doors did not lock; never got a key to the facility -- someone stayed in the security room all night -- was not notified of that; owner did not communicate any of these changes beforehand but made lots of excuses after the fact. It felt we were their first customer so it makes me wonder who were the other reviews from. After I complained about the pool water, the owner had someone in the middle of the night add more water after midnight. No toilet seat for 1 baathroom;
