"Really good place. Location is great for the station"

"Really great place and staff"

"Ogata san was very helpful and cheerful. We feel very welcome. The view of Kumamoto castle was great and we even saw the light show."

"Rooms were wonderful and the staff was so attentive and friendly. Great location so close to Sakuramachi, the shopping arcade, and the Kumamoto Castle and right across the street from the tram station. Laundry machines were always clean and you can check the status on the TV without leaving your room which was so nice."

"Godt hotel. Gode senge. Badeværelset kunne med fordel renoveres. Ellers et fint hotel. Personalet var meget venlige, men kun en mindre del talte engelsk. "

"This hotel has a lobby that feels more like a regular hotel than a japanese business hotel, but conversely, the opposite applied to my room. The room was comfortable (the bed was very nice), but while it was clean, there definitely was a few spots that could have done with a bit more cleaning- such as a mysterious white spot on the couch. Even so, I had a good stay overall, and the staff were very nice. Still, I'd say you're mainly paying for the convenient location right next to Kumamoto...
