The property is relatively new, so no visible defects or signs of wear. Most of the employees are friendly and serviceminded.
What I experienced as less positive:
- employees who are functional friendly and not warm friendly. I expected more warm friendliness in a 5* resort. There were also employees who didn't even greet you when you encounter them, which I found quit rude, especially because it wasn't busy.
- Also did I get the wrong information about a bathtub in the villa, when I called reservations before I made the booking. I only find out when we arrived at the villa.
- Most of the restaurant employees were nice and friendly, but seem to have insufficient experience in how to serve on high standard, eg don't reach over the plate or guest while taking away used dishes and glasses, try to avoid touching guests near the table you're cleaning, clean the floor directly after something is spilled on it because some guests walk barefoot.
