[Carpark]: FREE ONE parking slot in upper-basement (Any slot from level 1 to 7). For extra car parking ticket price as below (7.00am - 7.00am):
First 15 min - Free
First 2 hours - RM3
Subsequent hour - RM1
Max per day- RM15

[Safety]: Our condo is with security watch over 24 hours, with access card to access the building, secured car park, lift and accessible floor so it is very safe to stay in.

[Check-in & check-out]: Auto check-in & check-out through getting key in mailbox. One day before you arrive, you will receive check-in & check-out instructions which shows detailed instructions on exact location, how to get the key, where to park your car, unit number etc.

[KL Airport Transfer] : We do provide Kuala Lumpur Airport Transport services at special rate. Please let me know if you need this arrangement.

[Customise Trip] : We do provide customise trip service to provide you the best trip ever. Please let me know if you are interested.

[Late checkout] is possible with approval from the host (subject to availability). Any late checkout without notice to the host or without any permission from the host will have late checkout fee.
