I will not recommend this property, very bad service.. I simply loose my money … I am very upset.. very bad place .. internet not working, fridge is not working …no one don’t care about the room service also they charge me extra money .. this is my first experience like this .. very bad experience.

1st stay experience
Overall stay are good except the room are lack of maintenance such as few lighting are not functioning and sliding doors are not in good condition. Besides that, the front desk staff are not friendly too

Nos dejó un sabor agridulce. Lo bueno es que es un apartamento muy espacioso, vistas maravillosas a las torres y tiene todos los electrodomésticos.
Lo malo es que no tiene buen mantenimiento, solo tuvimos agua caliente dos días y no lo arreglaron después de tres ocasiones, al final lo dimos por perdido, el papel de baño lo racionan y hay que pedirlo constantemente, tampoco limpian las habitaciones ni cambian toallas. La piscina Infinity con vistas a las torres es de pago, aunque hay otra gratis con otras vistas en la planta 8. No hay ni cafetería ni restaurante, tampoco en los alrededores.

1.Amneties not working. Eg fan, and broken water bidet.
2. The concierge refused to change room even after acknowledging amneties not working.
3. Noisy neighbors even after quiet hours.
4.Lights not working at all and was only changed after requested.
5.No adequate lighting at swimming pool, dangeround after 7pm/dark.
6.Stains on bedsheet indicated its been used plenty of times and no housekeeping was done.
7. The whole room was smelling bad, with poor ventilation.
8. Multiple requests of changing room was not entertained despite highligting this. No proper answer was given or action was taken.

KEEP AWAY !!! Disgusting & smelly
I booked into a three-star hotel, and surprisingly, when I arrived at the reception, they told me it was a serviced apartment which I did not want.
anyway, we were going to stay there for two nights at KL so we thought we would go with the flow.
once we entered the room, there was a horrible smell, which made me almost vomit, and I had to control myself not to vomit.
On the bedsheets, there were some stains which looked like someone had sexually discharged themselves.
this room was unbearably, not healthy to stay in because of the damp smell that was coming within the room.
so we went to the reception and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Shabir, he told us to contact the maintenance team on a WhatsApp number who manages the room, and somebody would come out to clean it at their convenience.
we told him that we couldn’t wait for his convenience. Somebody has to come out now it’s urgent, so Shabir contacted them directly somebody came in a short time and the gentleman who looked at the room said this is not a good room to stay in. You should change the room immediately.
so we went back to the reception room and Shabir said there was nothing else available, so we requested a refund which he promised to do with Hotels.com and Hotels.com are saying they will not refund the money.
Unbelievable!!!!
We are also disappointed with hotels.com and how they have handled this matter & not wanting to refund an unhabitable room which was advertised & paid for on their platform.

All good i really satisfied for the view and the room condition but one thing, on the midnight the aircond suddenly have sound quite noise and stopped. So i need to sleep on living room not on the room. That spoil my staycation on here. I hope the property will fix the aircond so.

One of the biggest regrets in life
As a 4 star facility, poor service at reception, in terms of attitude, availability. No direct access of lift from reception to my floor, needed to take a separate lift midway, otherwise needed to drag my luggages inconveniently all the way to the back of the building for a direct access lift. Awful odour in the first room, coming from the sink drainage pipe, almost unbearable after we close all window, but it was too late in the night to change room, managed to ask for a change early next morning, but needed to packed every thing again and dragged them all the way down to reception, for storage, till they can provide us an alternative after check-out time. Cockroaches easily seen in both rooms i stayed. Very poor shower drainage, water flooded till my ankles after only 2 minutes of shower. Very poorly maintained furnitures (tables, chairs), some actually at the edge of breaking down. No provision of house keeping service to make up room at this facility, when asked, was told it came at an additional fee - all these not mentioned during at booking or at check in, but funny thing was there was a card hanging at the room door to indicate 'make-up room' or 'do not disturb' - i certainly did not get the logic. Needed to leave early morning with early check out at 6am, as mentioned above, reception not available, but that was ok still - passed access card to security, but then had to chase after them for my deposit. Overall - NEVER coming back here anymore.

It was comfortable. But the hot shower were not really working for both bathroom? We shudve made a report to change the room or something but we did’nt realise until its late at night already, such a hassle if we change by then. The swimming pool at level 48, we know we should buy a ticket at the lobby beforehand, but we didn’t know that they have limit. So it was full already on the day we arrived. The next morning we gotta line up just before 8, because the pool opens at 8, to get the ticket. So, yeah just letting you guys know that the limit is 14 people for an hour, RM10 per head. Swimming pool at level 8 is free but you still gotta book. Its first come first serve basis, limit 16 people for an hour. There is no cafe or whatnot, just a vending machine at lobby. The room doesnt even have kettle at first, so I called room service and thankfully they send it to our room right away. And the tv has no internet, I mean you cant really enjoy netflix and movies. Maybe its perfect for a night to sleep if you don’t have a place to stay haha

Overall was OK, design is good. location is.. u better don't miss the turn else it's gonna be a big drive around to go back.
the only problem is the water heater is not functioning properly.. the hotter water u'll get it's just slightly warm in my room. not sure about the others.
parking rate is not cheap. it will charge you RM15 for it.
the bed is comfort and i'm happy with it.

Without Kitchen Equipment

All good accept when need to check in i need to wait for the room be done. They said need to sanitize 1st. Im ok with only. You should sanitize it earlier. So that no delay on the check in and the guest no need to wait.

The staff told me we get free upgrade for first stay. However, this wasn't impressive enough for 2nd stay.
Sounds proof is so bad that can hear next door open/ closing door, like opening your door, also people walking around/ stepping on the ground.... Wouldn't be back although it seems cheap in price.

Disappointed with the receptionist (3.00 pm 18/09/2020) as he told me that the parking need is full and needs to be reserved in the first place. He told me that 'free parking' in the description is just parking around the apartment. Please define me 'free parking' in the description when there's no such 'free parking' around. The nearest parking is at Bernama that cost me RM15 per night. So be careful guys if you guys plan to come by car. One more thing I didn't get Park View, all I get is a view of the next building.
