"The hotel was very reasonably priced through Expedia , reception were very obliging , provided me with a microwave when I asked to have something heated . Overall a very good experience . Property is under renovation at the moment hence the very reasonable price I’m assuming . "

All the staff from front of house to service and cleaning and restaurant have been exceptional.
The food at the Jacaranda restaurant at dinner is top quality and breakfast is amazing with a good mixture of hot food, cereal and fruit with something for all dietary requirements. A great way to start the day.

"Great little gem if you have a car & need parking! Rooms were basic but had everything you need breakfast was great & included in the price.
only thing to note - their are stairs to the rooms - not ideal with luggage but would def stay again & recommend to family / friends .. bed was super comfy "

"This is our third time staying at Seranin Gordon and we appreciate the facilities at the hotel. Our daughter and family live near and it is very convenient for visiting and also getting to the city. We find the staff very friendly and helpful and were pleased to see Alishia again. Looking forward to our stay again next year. "

"Very nice suite with excellent views of the city. Spacious and quiet apartment on the topfloor. Service and cleaning tiptop. A minor detail... the wifi didn't work very well. But other than that 100% worthy our recommendations with easy access to transport to SYD CBD"

"Extremely generous with space. Pay a little more for the bigger well appointed room. Very comfortable. Everything is in new condition. Lovely views from higher levels. There is nowhere in the area which comes close to what this hotel offers. Staff are terrific. Internet fantastic. Close to metro 1 station. Suitable for seniors for metro and hotel. I am on walking stick and easily managed from CBD to hotel. Foyer/Lobby area is outstanding. Ideal for work or play. Very functional with work desks....

"This is a very cool property with accommodation above a pub and restaurant. The rooms are very basic, but comfortable and clean. There was a surprise sandwich in our fridge, but because we didn’t need the refrigerator, it was a non-issue. This accommodation, is in the middle of everything, and you will meet wonderful people in the pub and surrounding area. "My wife was having a procedure at the Chatswood Private Hospital - which was 40 paces from the Quest Apartments. Just so handy.
Excellent accommodation, nice and quiet for post op relaxation.
Great restaurant options and shopping just a short walk away.
