The 40 m² 1-room apartment by APARTVIEW is located on the 1st floor in the quiet rear building in a newly renovated old building from the early 1900s, which combines the charm of the old with the comfort of the new. It is located 100 m from Krefeld`s main train station. This is where city life pulsates with all its facets. The apartment is ideal for 1-4 people and is characterized by its central location and high-quality furnishings.

Access to the house and the apartment is via electronic locks that can be opened with a code

Access to the apartment is conditional on completing our online check-in before check-in and uploading a photo of your ID in advance for verification. The access codes can only be sent once the online check-in has been completed.


✸ EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT ✸
Depending on availability, you are welcome to book a late check-out or early check-in for an additional charge.
Please note that your request for a late check-out can only be considered until 21:00 at the latest on the day before your departure.

Smoking is prohibited in the entire accommodation.
Pets and parties are not permitted.

The whole apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home!

IMPORTANT: Before check-in, a registration form must be completed online and a photo of your identity card must be uploaded.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
1. Early check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning will be liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their residence at APARTVIEW. Please contact us if you would like to book in your own place of residence.

3. Smoking in the apartment or building, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, not even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €150 plus the costs of special cleaning and damage repairs.

4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

5. Guests whose number exceeds that specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.

6. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay.

7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing any lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits. If the keys are lost, the guest is obliged to inform us immediately.

8. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in homes to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.

9. Out of consideration for the other residents, it is important to ensure that conversations in the stairwell are conducted at an appropriate volume.

10. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service team. Taking items with you is prohibited and will be prosecuted.

11. It is not permitted to remove objects such as chairs, dishes or the like from the apartments. Not even if several apartments are booked.

12. It is not permitted to move, dismantle or disassemble furniture such as couches or beds.

13. Booking a reservation involves agreeing to comply with the house rules. Guests who fail to comply with the House Rules will be liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.

14. Night quiet is from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

15. For your safety, we ask you to close the doors and windows before leaving the house.

16. The apartment doors must always be kept closed.

17. It is important to us to make our contribution to the environment. Please pay attention to waste separation and we ask guests to turn off the lights, heating and electrical devices when they are not in use.

18. Place the key back in the key box after check-out.

19. Emergency operations: If an emergency occurs for which a guest is responsible, e.g. a guest has lost his key or left it in the apartment and he no longer has access to the rented apartment, it is possible to activate the security service commissioned by APARTVIEW APARTMENTS , which can provide the guest with 24/7 access to the apartment. The security service costs associated with this intervention will be passed on to the guest.

20. In the event of disturbances of the peace or violations of the house rules, we reserve the right to commission our security service and to exercise our house rules.

21. Guests are obliged to fill out the check-in form completely and truthfully before entering the apartment. To verify the data, a photo of the passport or ID card is required and must be uploaded to the online check-in form. The guest EXPRESSLY only receives access to the apartment if they have completely, correctly completed and confirmed the online check-in process. The access codes will only be sent after completing the online check-in. The provider reserves the right to cancel the booking if the information provided is incorrect. In this case, guests will be liable for all resulting costs, expenses and cancellation fees.
