Apartment is big and very comfortable for 4 or even 6 people. It is also in a great location, not too far from either the train station or Krakow Old Town. However, some things could be improved for the price. First, the heater was not working, and it was really cold during October evenings and nights. We were traveling with a 3 year old and were worried about how cold it got. I contacted property management, who said they would send someone during the day. I don't believe anyone came because the heater still did not work. When I messaged them again to inquire about it, my message was read within minutes but no one bothered to answer me or message me any of the remaining days after that. In addition, the kitchen is not well equipped. There were no water glasses (only cups or wine glasses), just a few plates and bowls, not enough for 6 people. Also very little pots and pans to cook with. We also had to buy other bathroom items. On top of that, there was a very foul sewer smell coming out of the shower drain and the bed sheets didn't look that clean. Overall, it was not a bad place but major improvements could be done and it is a little pricey for what it is.
