With 75 m² of living space, it accommodates up to 4 guests and features a spacious layout and private terrace. The apartment offers a bright living room with sofa beds, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Its ground-floor location and direct outdoor access are ideal for guests with dogs. Walking and hiking trails along the Inn and to Untere Alz start right outside. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, and dryer provide excellent conditions for workations or longer stays. Non-smoking, no parties. Dogs welcome. Please keep outdoor areas clean.

The modern holiday flats offer approx. 70 m², fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, WLAN, washing machine and 2-4 beds. Check-in is uncomplicated via a key box, parking spaces are available.
