The host was very kind and caring, they were flexible with our arrival time, and prepared food for us in good time (and they catered to vegans and the food itself was very nice!). I booked two rooms for 11/4 for one night, and that's where the problem starts; arriving at the hotel I find parking below as described in the instructions of the Booking parking then walking until I get to the reception where I was in line behind other people arguing with a guy who works at the reception, I heard from others (my room has not been cleaned, the blanket is missing, the shower is still dirty, so many as possible imaginable etc. then my turn arrives and everything seemed to go smoothly I check in two checks I take the room card I go up to the room where I was assigned I head towards the door I open it, I don't want to use bad words here goes all the problems I heard before at the reception and now it's happening to me and instead of two rooms for 4 people I only had one room, not clean dirty and toilet dirty. Then I was assistant at the reception by (Francisco Alvarez) I was offered a full refund down to the last cent, but to this day I have still been contacted by the hotel. here be careful when you make Booking here."
