You get what you pay for. Do not confuse this with the other high end "Prince Hotel" in Tsim Sha Tsui. This one is in Mongkok and it’s a world of difference.
We needed a place to stay for one night in Hong Kong so we didn’t need anything fancy. I am still uncertain whether staying here was the right choice, but I will add info here so that you can decide for yourself.
Location:
Right on Nathan Road. The closes subway station is a 5 min walk (Prince Edward and Mong Kok station). There are a ton of buses that run on Nathan Road. Many airport buses pass through Nathan Road.
Price:
It very cheap at about $50USD per night. The quality of the place puts this at about $20USD per night, but due to its location, the price reflects this.
Telephone:
You cannot call them. Yes, I tried to look up their number and it is not an option. You can only communicate with the hotel via WeChat, but I must say that whoever is on the other end is pretty responsive. Since you have to send a friend request & it needs to be accepted, I suggest to you do this way before your stay here.
Hotel/Hostel:
This place is far from being anything close to a “hotel.” It is more like a hostel at best. It is small and very basic. There is NO street front for this place. It is located in the higher floors of an old building. Once you get to the building address, you must take the tiny elevators up to the 7th floor. When you arrive there, you pick up the phone to call someone & they give you a pin to enter into th
