Junior Villa Polemi is a wonderful 3 bedroom townhouse villa with beautiful sea views and access to a communal pool. Located within a 5 minute walk of the Resort village centre.

Bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin room on the first floor (shared bathroom with large, modern walk-in shower) lower level third twin room (and an extra twin room) with a shared bathroom with walk-in shower.

Full Villa Description:
Junior Villa Polemi is a spacious townhouse villa with great sea views from the balcony, located a short stroll away from the communal pools on Adonis Village.

The open plan living, dining area and kitchen are found on the ground floor entrance level and are modern in design and décor. The living area is comfortably furnished with sofa and large flat screen TV (with comprehensive TV system that has unlimited moves, and International sports channels and playback option), and the kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. This area opens out onto the large balcony which has dining table and chairs and Gas BBQ – with views over the Mediterranean Sea.

The Master bedroom and first twin room can be found upstairs and these rooms share a renovated bathroom with large, modern walk-in shower. Downstairs there are a further two twin rooms again sharing a bathroom with walk-in shower. All of the twin rooms can be made into doubles if required.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout, and has free reliable wi-fi. The communal pool is just a short stroll from the front door, and the Resort village centre and facilities are within a 5 minute walk.

Adonis Village on Aphrodite Hills Resort, Cyprus. Adonis Village is around a 5-minute stroll from the resort village square. It is a really pretty village with a great communal pool (all one depth) and a separate children’s splash pool.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
