This wonderful two-bedroom Villa sits atop of the Resort’s eastern plateau, allowing for panoramic views of the entire Resort with the Mediterranean Sea as a backdrop. To top it all off, there is an infinity edge pool overlooking these views. This is undoubtedly one of the most desired Villas within the Resort - it combines the awe-inspiring views with opulence and comfort.



The spacious living area is modern and tastefully decorated. It has a flat screen television and DVD player and two sets of French doors leading out to the patio area, where the pool is located.  



The kitchen has a contemporary feel and is fully fitted with granite worktops and a hood over the halogen hob and double sinks. Additionally, it is fitted with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The adjacent dining area features a large table with six chairs and stylish Roman blinds. A washing machine is available in the basement.



The spacious master bedroom is located on the first floor and enjoys the unobstructed panoramic vistas of the Resort. This bedroom features a king size bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, hairdryer, large mirror, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.



The second bedroom is also located on the first floor and features twin beds. The décor is classically neutral in colour and features spacious built-in wardrobes and patio doors leading to the outside veranda, which overlooks the pool and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. 



In addition to the two main bedrooms, the villa also features an extra room at basement level which may be used if extra sleeping accommodation is required. This room is fully furnished with two twin beds, which can be transformed into a double bed, bedside cabinets and dressing table, and is pleasantly decorated in soothing neutral tones. A private bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the facilities.



Finally, this elegant picture is complete with an infinity edge swimming pool overlooking the Resort, which can be heated during the winter months on request. There is an extremely large patio around the pool, featuring a built-in barbeque, dining tables and chairs, parasols, sunbeds and a garden planted with trees native to Cyprus, fragrant shrubs, plants and flowers. 



Overall, this is the most perfect place in which to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun.
