Apartment Viklari is a two bed, first floor apartment with beautiful sea and sunset views located on Theseus Village, Aphrodite Hills. Peaceful location, short stroll to communal pools, and within walking distance of the Resort centre.

Bedrooms: one double bedroom (en suite with bath and overhead shower), one twin room with adjacent bathroom with shower. Twin room can be made up as a double if required.

Located in a peaceful area of popular Theseus Village, Apartment Viklari is a beautifully decorated, modern first floor apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and breathtaking sea and sunset views.

Open-plan living and dining area with large Smart TV that also has a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option and an Xbox Series X for added entertainment. There is a large comfortable sofa, as well as dining table and chairs. Primed as an ideal work-from-home property, Apartment Viklari has a remote work space integrated in the living area, with a 42” screen.

Well-equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine for convenience. Master double room has en suite bathroom (with bath and overhead shower), twin room with adjacent bathroom with shower unit; both bedrooms have beautiful sea views. The first balcony has quiet street view, and is furnished with comfortable sun lounges and parasol (enjoying the sunshine from the morning).

The main balcony has a gas BBQ, comfortable seating and an additional tall table and chairs – the views from here are stunning, positioned perfectly to watch the sun set over the Mediterranean Sea over the Paphos coastline. Fully air-conditioned, heating system throughout for winter stays, filtered drinking water system and free, reliable wifi throughout.

Theseus Village on Aphrodite Hills Resort, Cyprus. Theseus Village is around a 10 minute stroll from the resort village square. It is a great village for families, especially those with young children. It boasts two fantastic communal pools (with beach entrance and separate children’s pool).

We offer a meet & greet service for all of our guests; we will meet you on arrival, give you a brief tour of the apartment and hand over the keys, ensuring that you can enjoy your time in your holiday home knowing what you need to know about it the moment you arrive.

Guests have full access to pay to use all the facilities on Aphrodite Hills (with the exception of the kids' club).

Just a 10 minute drive either side of the Resort are the traditional, picturesque villages of Kouklia and Pissouri, both ideal locations for taking in the local culture in the pretty village squares. Restaurants and bars are plentiful in both villages and offer a true Cypriot experience!

Just a 20 minute drive from the Resort you can find the beautiful harbour town, Paphos, where there are lots of attractions on offer: sightseeing and archaeology, harbour, boat hire, shopping mall, zoo, waterpark, restaurants and more.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
