This delightful ground floor Apartment is tastefully furnished and is ideal for families and for those seeking to spend their days in the sun. It is also located just a few steps away from the large main swimming pool of Theseus Village at Aphrodite Hills.
It offers a good sized open plan living room, with a modern L-shape sofa in grey tone, a comfy relaxing armchair, a ceramic top dining table and four matching dining chairs. The area is enhanced by a large flat screen and just opposite, a fully equipped kitchen comes complete with top quality fixtures and fittings including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, halogen hob, washing machine and an assortment of utensils and other kitchen essentials.
The spacious master bedroom features a double bed (zip & lock) with bedside tables, dressing table, bedside lamps and large fitted wardrobes.
The decor is lightly coloured, and ceiling to floor curtains surround the doors leading to the outside veranda. The en-suite bathroom features a bathtub, single vanity unit and a W.C.
The second bedroom features two single beds (zip & lock), fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and a bedside tables with lamps. Adjacent, there is a second bathroom with a shower cubicle, single vanity top and W.C.
Finally, the Apartment boasts a beautiful veranda and a gravel-decorated garden area with its own private outdoor space and a Weber BBQ. A table and chairs are provided for al-fresco dining, and sunbeds adorn the lawn. There are also additional lounger chairs just outside each of the bedroom terraces overlooking the garden.
The Apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of the Retreat Spa - the Resorts fabulous health spa, the golf clubhouse, tennis academy and kids club and playground. The picturesque shops, restaurants, and cafes of the Village Square are also only a short stroll away.
Note: Sleeps up to 5 guests, including one child (up to 12 years) on a camp bed in the lounge. One baby cot per bedroom can be added at no extra cost.
