"We booked this place based on it was a new listing and nice modern furnishings. Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children. "The bed was a little hard for me BUT... this was an amazing holiday. Great breakfast buffet, amazing staff that always had smiles and good mornings and were very helpful when we needed something. The hotel has many services. It was close to the beach, a small beach town as well as about 5 min drive from naxos city which gave us amazing flexibility in our days. There were mountains to explore, beaches to visit, shopping possibilities and just relaxing at the pool. We came in the off season so to weather was nice and there were not too many other guests. We cannot recommend this enough "
