This studio combines the elegance of a hotel room with the comfort of a holiday home. The space is thoughtfully arranged, featuring a double bed (180x210cm) positioned across from the television, a bar-style dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, and combination microwave for heating meals. For your convenience, a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle are provided, ensuring you can enjoy a delightful cup of coffee or tea. Please note, there is no stove available.

The air conditioning keeps the space cool, and blackout window coverings allow you to block out the outside world for ultimate relaxation. The bathroom is fresh and inviting, offering the perfect space to start your day with energy or wind down after a day of exploration. It includes a washbasin, a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, and a toilet—ideal for a refreshing start or a soothing end to your day.

Step outside to the south-facing terrace (10m²), where you can soak up the sun from morning to evening. Equipped with a table, two chairs, and a parasol for those summer days, it's the perfect spot to relax.

Please note that the studio does not have facilities for children under 2 years old, and pets are not allowed. Designed with your comfort in mind, the studio offers a bicycle shed, private parking space, and an electric car charging point.
