"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof....
