Summary:
Enjoy the sea and forest on the island of Usedom in Koserow. Your vacation home is located directly on the coast, a small sandy path of approx. 300 m leads through a small forest to the steps to the sea. This is how idyllic and relaxed a vacation should be!

The Space:
The house for 4 adults and 2 children has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a children's room with a bunk bed and a crib (135 cm long with crib option) on the upper floor. The upper floor is accessible via a staircase which leads up a relatively steep incline. Small children should be supervised and taken care of.
A bathroom with bathtub and shower is located on the first floor of the house, two separate WCs with windows on the upper floors. Your cars can be parked comfortably on the parking spaces (3) on the property and also in the garage.
A shared garden of over 1000 square meters and a terrace by the dining room promise relaxing vacations together.
The house was built at the turn of the century and renovated after the fall of the Berlin Wall and last year. It therefore has a mix of East German charm and maritime elements. It is not barrier-free due to the steep stairs to the upper floor, but the small, simple rooms offer plenty of privacy.

Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
We charge €5/night per pet if you bring a pet with you.
If you have to pay a tourist tax in this accommodation, this is already included in the accommodation price.
