The vacation rental is located in a detached apartment building in the Baltic Sea resort town of Koserow, in a quiet setting on the edge of the forest. Behind the building is a playground with a green area for our younger guests.
A free parking space is included with the rental and is located right next to the building. There is a bicycle storage area in the basement, which can also be used for strollers. You’ll also find a drying room in the basement. Bed linens and towels are not provided. Please bring your own linens and towels.
Pets are not allowed.



Wagner Vacation Rental:

The vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor (attic) of the building and measures approximately 54 m². The living room is furnished with a large sofa bed, an armchair with a footstool, as well as a coffee table and a sideboard with a TV. The bedroom features a large double bed, a wardrobe, a small desk, and a chair.
The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, a 4-burner stove, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The dining area, consisting of a table and chairs, is also located in the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower. The southwest-facing balcony is accessible from the living room.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; it is allowed only on the balcony. Please bring your own bed linens and towels.
Parking space No. 21 belongs to the apartment and is located right next to the building. There is a bicycle storage area in the basement, which can also be used for strollers. You will also find a drying room in the basement.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
