Holiday Home 'Wildrosenhaus' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

With 110 m² of living space over two floors, the Wildrosenhaus, built in 2018, offers you plenty of space and comfort for a relaxing holiday. The modern wooden house creates a particularly pleasant, natural living atmosphere. To the north, you look over the biotope to the harbour; to the west, the view from the upper floor sweeps over the Schlei and the passing sailboats.



Thanks to the layout on two levels, you will find enough retreats here and at the same time plenty of space to spend time together. In the spacious living and dining area on the ground floor, you can cook, play, and sit together comfortably.



The three bedrooms are bright and friendly: two have box spring double beds (1.60 × 2.00 m), the third is a single room with a bed and desk – ideal for reading or a bit of home office. A baby cot can be provided on request.



The wellness bathroom on the ground floor offers pure relaxation – with an extra-large sauna (1.80 × 2.00 m) and a whirlpool bathtub. Heated floor tiles provide cosy warmth throughout the house, even when a strong breeze blows outside. A second bathroom with shower on the upper floor completes the comfort.



Wildrosenhaus is ideal for families and couples who value space, style, and relaxation. Whether water sports, cycling, or simply enjoying peace and quiet – relaxation begins right at your doorstep. Children are especially welcome and will enjoy the nearby playground with sandbox, swing, table tennis, and football pitch.



A weekly basic consumption of electricity and water is included in the rental price. Any additional consumption will be charged based on the meter readings at arrival and departure.
