This was a dream of mine. Both my children and my two grandchildren joining me and my husband for a dream vacation. Seattle, San Antonio, and near Wellington NZ.The villa was perfect. The suites spacious and each unique. The pool and hot tub beautiful. We were greeted by Mere and her wonderful team. Our first dinner was fabulous followed by a week of spectacular breakfasts and dinners. So glad we made that choice. Everyone on vacation!The family areas were inviting and comfortable. Mere was instrumental in making our stay perfect, from helping with meal times to arranging for activities. I highly recommend a beach day pass at Yatula Resort for swimming and relaxing. The LamoniWai beach is coral and beautiful, good for kayaking and snorkeling but not swimming. Two different experiences!My group loved the river tubing. The pottery village was a fun treat. Our last day we had the Fijan feast...not to be missed!!!

Great staff beautiful location

The chef, food and staff were outstanding, can’t say enough. It was like a high end all inclusive resort. The only thing that wasn’t great was its a little rocky and not the easiest to swim out front, lots of reef not the sandy perfect blue water you might imagine from Fiji. Otherwise absolutely loved out time

Excellent food and great people!

The staff of LomaniWai are very accommodating and friendly. They helped arrange daily baby sitting services, taxis, activities, etc. We did the all inclusive package, and I highly recommend you do that if you stay here. The food is incredible..thank you Fida!The only piece of critical feedback that I have is the place is nice but it is starting to show some wear. I wouldn’t call it luxury. Also, just to note that just the bedrooms are air conditioned.

Tranquil piece of paradise

Lomaniwai was such an amazing holiday home… from the lovely welcome when we arrived we walked through the doors to the incredible view of Maui Bay and fell in love with the place. The house is just beautiful and has all the amenities you need including beautiful pool and spa, full kitchen, many bedrooms all with bathrooms plus toilets in living areas. The beach is stunning and the coral reef provides so much fun. The all inclusive food is top notch and i highly recommend it. The food is unbelievably good. However the staff really make this place so special. They are very attentive and keep it spotless, look after whatever you need and are so kind. One of our favourite things was the Fijian banquet including the basket weaving, coconut hulling and bonfire (as well as the amazing food) and kava ceremony which we all got to be a part of. Thank you for having us. We would love to return.

Wonderful Fijian holiday

I have just spent a wonderful week in Fiji with my family staying at this great property. The staff were wonderful and very courteous. We had meals included which was definitely worthwhile, especially given the location, as it was the best place to eat :-). Highly recommend this place

Amazing Stay on the Coral Coast

Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at this property. All the staff were more than kind, welcoming, patient and helpful with everything - and anything - we asked. From opting for prepared meals, which were delicious and accommodating for preferences and dietary restrictions, to helping us arrange transport, excursions and massages, they made sure we had a lovely time. Would visit this property again anytime. Highly recommend!!

Our house was amazing, and we absolutely loved the staff and the open concept of the house! And the pool was incredible! We really enjoyed being able to walk a block for snacks or drinks and the food was top notch! The place was very clean and we definitely would love to go back!

wonderful house!

This was our very first trip to Fiji. We spent the Christmas holiday with our four adult sons, my husband and I. The house was perfect for all of us, spacious and open.The pictures are spot on. Mere, and Francis and staff were all so wonderful. We opted to do mostly the all inclusive option, which consisted of the Chef organizing breakfast and dinner, which is definitely the way to go! We had an absolutely wonderful time. The wi-fi is a bit spotty at times, but nothing too serious. The only thing i would change, would have been the host, informing us that it is a cash based house only, meaning, at the end of the stay, all payments for meals etc, be paid in cash only. In the United States, credit cards for large payments are usually the standard. We did bring cash, and there is an ATM machine across the street by the gas station, but, if, we were told before coming, we would have been able to prepare our cash a bit better, so if you are coming to visit frtom thne United States plan accordingly. Overall Fiji is so special, with such an amazing culture of all love and all goodness, I am so glad we had the opportunity to visit and stay at the beautiful Lomani Wai.

Paradise on a platter

LomaniWai was absolutely amazing!!! A group of 8 friends stayed for 5 nights. The property: the Villa is on Viti Levu about halfway between Nadi and Suva, 30 min drive east of Sigatoka along the coral coast. The property is really lovely. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The views from the property are amazing, and you can snorkel in the reef right off the beach. Kayaks are provided for exploring the reef. The pool is very nice and there is a large outdoor patio. There were very few downsides to the property and only minor: Getting to the property can take a while and there isn't much around the property. There is a small shopping center across the street with a small grocery store, gas station & C store, a few restaurants, and an ATM. The wifi was not very strong, but who needs fast wifi when the ocean is right there?? The service: Francis, the owner, was very helpful— he communicated proactively before and throughout the stay and was very accommodating as our plans changed. We opted for the all-inclusive option and we were incredibly impressed; there were several chefs who prepared food from a large a la carte menu and several banquet style dinners that were out of this world. The food was so good... And the staff was wonderful and friendly. They did the house keeping each morning and even offered laundry services. Francis and his staff also helped us book excursions and make travel bookings. All together, this was an amazing experience and we'll be back soon!

Wonderful!!

Don't hesitate to stay at the incredible LomaniWai. Francis and his team of staff are there for you - day and night! I have been to Fiji 10 times before and LomaniWai is one of the top places i've stayed. So lovely to have an incredible meal served to you on a beautifully set table (without 300 other guests from a noisy resort!). As others have recommended, and I do too - ensure you get the meals package with your booking. Firstly, there isn't many places around to eat, and secondly, the food at LomaniWai is sooooo good, so fresh, plentiful and can be catered to your needs...You wouldn't want to eat anywhere else. The staff are so friendly, they are there for your during the day, but not in your space so you can carry on with what you're doing. Housekeeping is fantastic! The chefs are *chefs kiss* ( I miss their cooking!) and Mere - the manager of the house, what a wonderful lady - very, very helpful and so lovely. If you need a taxi, recommendations of places to go and visit/shop - they can help you and book it in for you. Nothing is too much trouble. We stayed here for my 40th birthday. We had a group of 10. - 6 adults and 4 kids (kids aged 13-15) for 8 nights. The weather wasn't great which was a shame (no one's fault) ... But what the weather lacked, LomaniWai made up for! We will be back. We made friends here and great memories... Thank-you Francis and your wonderful team!

Fabulous stay

We had a wonderful stay. The property is gorgeous, the staff takes care of you and the house, and Francis is great about answering all questions and supporting you while you are there. We weren't going to have the chef cook meals while we were there, but changed our minds after one night. First, because the food was delicious! Then secondly, because there were not many other restaurant options near by and transport was an extra step. Uber does not operate in this area, so transports have to be arranged in advance, but they take very good care of you when they do. If you are doing excursions to the islands, it will take a bit to get there and back. (90 minutes at least) We wish the pool was heated, as we were there the end of July and couldn't get in because it was too cold, but that is just the way it is in Fiji. Highly recommend this villa and the staff was such a bonus. We were able to be very independent yet supported! We all loved our stay. Thank you!!

Amazing Vacation!

We chose this property to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, a 13th wedding anniversary, and a surprise marriage proposal. The staff was incredibly accommodating in helping us create a trip that included fun excursions, and even some surprises at the house to help us celebrate our special occasions. Frances was not only friendly and welcoming but he is incredibly kind to his staff as well, and it shows by the way they took care of us and managed the property while we were there. Mere managed all of our needs while we were there, making sure that we had transportation wherever we wanted to go, that we were booked for the excursions that we wanted, and that the house was clean and well stocked with anything we needed. We opted for the all inclusive package with breakfast and lunch every day, and the food was amazing, abundant, and the presentation of every meal was impressively luxurious, not to mention the fact that everything was absolutely delicious. We loved talking with the personal chefs, and learning more about the Fijian and Indian cultures from them. We highly recommend the Lovo dinner, which included a fun day of interacting with the staff, learning how to open and scrape coconuts, a kava ceremony, and a fun and engaging weaving presentation. The house was beautiful, had everything we needed, and was in the perfect location for us. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for luxury, relaxation, and pampering in Fiji.

Amazing “Wananavu”

Bula - Family trip ages 35-75. The photos don’t lie! It’s a beautiful home right on the beach! Francis and his staff were inviting and took great care of us. We had some meals prepared, we cooked some of our own and went out to eat a few times. Excursions were booked for us and transportation was arranged when needed. I cannot say anything negative! Would we stay again? In a heart beat, yes “io”. We stayed 8 nights and we are now finishing our trip on an outer island! Vinaka to the Francis and staff! I had to get all my Fijian words in.

Great Vacation Villa

We were a group of 8 friends who decided to spend NYE in Fiji. We stayed 8 days. Prior to the trip, Francis patiently and promptly answered any questions we had. Mere and the entire staff were awesome and so kind. I give them 5+ stars. All of the rooms were spacious and filled with fresh flowers daily. The en-suite bathrooms need some minor work. As for food options. We ordered off the a la carte menu some days, cooked our own meals other days, and enjoyed the wonderful Seafood Banquet Dinner for NYE. A big plus….we were able to provide a time that we wanted our meals provided. Most of our time was spent in the spacious outdoor area or in the pool. That outdoor area was our favorite spot to just hang out and lounge. We celebrated a birthday while there and staff helped me keep the cake a secret and also sang for the birthday girl. We had very few concerns or issues with Lomani Wei. Some items that differed from the listing were only 2 smart TV’s that worked. The other couple of TV’s did not. We had expected to have activities staff for beach and water activities. The canoeing was great but there was no snorkeling gear…otherwise we would have brought our own. Overall…Lomani Wei is a great vacation Villa stay. The was great but the best part of Lomani Wei is the staff hands down. Cheers from our group of 8 that lives In New York, Washington DC, Atlanta, Indianapolis, and Dallas!

Relaxing Location

We had a great stay Mere and Wyce were excellent, the masseuse (2) were amazing and highly recommended. The bathrooms are in a wee need of repair and from the pictures you do not get the whole house. The upstairs part in the middle is not in the rental, however with 6 adults and an infant we had amble room. It is not well signposted when you are travelling to the destination so get clear details before you go. Essentially it is opposite Craig's Dinner which is also very good. We had 3 of the banquet dinners over our 5 nights and well worth it. All in all great spot and place but definitely at the upper end of price range, still better than a resort. Fiji Getaway

This villa was the perfect place to getaway and experience Fiji for our group. Francis was a excellent host and the staff was amazing. We felt like family and the trip was better then we hoped it would be; not sure where we’ll end up next but if it’s back in Fiji we’re definitely staying here hands down.

Fiji Vacation

Our family recently had the privilege of staying at LomaniWai Resort Villa for 10 days. We had 5 adults and one child on our first-ever trip to Fiji. I will start by saying that we could not have been happier with our stay! Upon our arrival at the villa, which was allowed to be early, we were greeted by Mere and some of the other staff from the villa. We were given a tour and welcomed with a cold glass of juice. We were shown all of the rooms (absolutely beautiful!) and shown around the property. We visited in the winter for Fiji (late June, early July) so the pool was quite cold, but that is to be expected. The living space both indoors and outdoors was perfect for our family and absolutely gorgeous! We chose to order off the menu versus the all-inclusive option, which worked well for us. We were able to share our dining preferences with the staff and they were extremely accommodating! The food was absolutely incredible every single day! We even went fishing on our last day and caught a MahiMahi and a Yellow Fin Tuna, which the chef prepared exquisitely. Best meal of the trip! Throughout our stay, the owner was available for any concerns and even helped us book some of our tours. If you do not do the Navua River Float, you are definitely missing out! Overall, our stay was wonderful. The staff made us feel at home and really helped us relax! We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Family Time in Fiji

Lomani Wai Villa was the perfect place for our family to be reunited after two years of Covid lockdown. The most wonderful part of our two weeks at Lomani Wai was the incredible staff who made our trip so incredible in every way. They are the true definition of “Hospitable.” The villa is located in the most beautiful part of the Coral Coast, overlooking endless reefs and incredible sunsets.

Absolutely outstanding

This is an absolutely amazing property. It exceeded all of our expectations. The property is immaculate, and the staff maintains it perfectly. The manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. The location is very peaceful. The house had everything we could have wanted during our stay. The staff was terrificl!! We cannot say enough good things about the wonderful people of Fiji in general, but especially of the staff at Lomani Wai. They made our trip so much better. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Stunning Villa, Perfect Location, Amazing Staff!

My family and I spent 5 nights at Lomani Wai Villa, and we cannot emphasise enough how fabulous our stay was! The villa itself is very luxurious, with an excellent design including flowing indoor-outdoor entertaining areas. It is well-equipped throughout with modern fixtures and finishes, and has a great pool and spa. All bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, each with their own private ensuites. The location is very nice, and provides a private beachfront experience. Nearby resorts and villages are just a short drive away if you wish to explore further. The highlight of our trip to Fiji was definitely the gorgeous staff at Lomani Wai, who became our Fijian family. The entire team went above and beyond to take care of us and to make our trip extremely comfortable and memorable. Sulu and her housekeeping team took care of all of the cleaning and washing for us, making it an effortless stay. Joe and Sana ensured that we had a great time enjoying kayaking, paddle boarding, a hike to a waterfall, and a visit to an island. Chef Fida and the lovely Mereani and Eleni prepared and served meals of an exceptional standard. The food we enjoyed during our stay was of the highest quality, and better than most restaurants! Great variety of options on the menu, and all were executed exceptionally well. We also really enjoyed getting to know each of the staff who were looking after us, to learn about them, their stories, and the Fijian culture. We were very impressed with both the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Highly recommend a stay at Lomani Wai! We will certainly be returning to visit again.
