"Overall a great place. This is an older building that has been well maintained. But as a 1970s building it is showing its age and era of architecture.
On the flip side, it was much less expensive than most hotels we have stayed at on this trip and as a result there seem to be more locals, which was refreshing.
The waterfront beach area is fantastic.
Our bathroom light only worked intermittently but no big deal.
A nice relaxing small town location away from the hustle and bustle...
"Wouldn't give this place 4 stars. I have been to 3 stars rated hotels with much higher quality. I wasn't planning to stay in the hotel but rather travel around the island all day long and then just come back for overnight. This is why I booked the cheapest option which is Classic Double Room. "This is a family resort, meaning be ready for kids screaming and running all over the place and pool area. This is not for couples who wants to relax between discovering Korúla. The resort is a bit worn down and some things are not working. Breakfast is buffet and typical for mediums resorts. not many item are fresh made/prepared. Dinner at night is also buffet. No a la carte. Pool areas are reasonable - but pool bar is not a visit worth. The staff are undertrained and not able to make decent...
"Vi var meget begejstret af dette hotel. Dens medarbejdere var meget hjælpsomme og venlige. Dejlig pool med gratis håndklæder. Område med fitness og sauna til fri afbenyttelse. Shuttle bådservice til by-stranden. Vi ville helt sikkert vælge at bo der igen, hvis vi kom tilbage til Vela Luka. Vi havde kun morgenmad inkluderet og der var et fint udvalg. Juicen var dog ikke særlig god, men man er jo slet ikke vant til at spise morgenmad i Kroatien. Dejligt værelse med udsigt til poolen og havet....
