"The hotel was wonderful! Very pretty, comfortable and peaceful. Everything was organized and clean. The view of the city from the hotel was beautiful. Staff offered a good service with a lot of hospitality. The restaurant was big and offered a variety of food to enjoy. Overall the stay was amazing. I highly recommended. "

"Great, beautiful and unique location straight on the Nile. Easy to walk to many things from there. The staff was all really nice. Also, the pool area is pretty big. The breakfast was alright.
The rooms are nice and comfortable. Shower flooded a bit when in use.
And it was very noisy also inside the room from people walking by and children playing right outside. Families apparently go to the pool on day passes and this can be a very loud affair, also inside the room if close to the pool."

"This property was exactly what I needed. It was private and quiet. The chef prepared the food I needed which brought me joy. The staff and management were great and the cleaning staff were awesome! Grateful for Ali and Ismail for assisting me and my husband in enjoying our stay!"

Staff were fabulous, especially the restaurant staff. WE had breakfast and dinner there everyday of our 3 night stay and they could not do enough for us. Location a bit out of the way as a car is needed to access everything, but we knew this when booking and used taxis at very minimal costs. The views were worth living a bit further out."

"We stayed overnight after a Nile cruise, opting to stay on the very âother worldlyâ Elephantine Island. No traffic here or bustling markets or street hawks. Step back in time hundreds of years. And yet you are 5 minutes from downtown Aswan across the river. And Crystala Guest House is at the top of the short flight of steps (or ramp) from the ferry jetty. The owner came down to meet us off the ferry and walk us to the guest house, and arranged and prepaid the taxi to the airport for very early...

"Its a lovely & colorful property, managed by some great people. Its located a bit far from the village below, but the ride to the property is worth it once you arrive and see the place. Lovely views of the Nile there. Also if you walk up at sunset, you get lovely views of it in d sand dunes. "

"Best location in Aswan. We have stayed here several times before. Top of the town and on the Nile. Quiet and tranquil. Upgraded to a Junior Suite. Great view and spacious. Management also allowed my cousin (who mistakenly booked the wrong hotel) to use the poolside with us after his trips. So, thank you. Unfortunately, some services could be better. I had to clean the balcony chairs from a layer of dust before use. No pool attendant or towels until after 10 am, and pool snacks always arrive...
