The house is designed by one of Iceland's most known architects and some of its interior is original teak and hardwood from the 60’s. From the first floor main entrance there are stairs up to the second floor which has an open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a big island, and has everything you could want for cooking and dining. The dining table seats 10-12 people comfortably and the living room has comfortable seating for at least 10 people. The living room has access to a large deck with a table and chairs and a great view of the mountains, ocean and part of the city. The volcanic eruption from 2021 and 22 could be seen clearly from the deck and northern lights are commonly seen there in the winter and autumn. The deck is ideal for outdoor dining and has sun the whole day and into the evening and stairs down to a nice garden. The second floor has three bedrooms: the master, with a king sized bed and two smaller rooms with double beds. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen sized bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower and there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer and lines to hang clothes to dry. The house is very central and close to anything you could need and only 30 minutes from the international airport. Three cars fit in the private parking space in front of the house. The house has free wifi and the livingroom has a television with access to the major streaming services.
