"Five star experience all the way! The room was large and immaculate. The staff even set out the bedding for us while we were out at dinner. The hotel had not just one, not just two, but three fully separate onsen areas! Each had multiple baths and each had at an outdoor bath too! The dinner was fabulous. It’s a chef’s choice dinner so there are no choices or substitutions but high quality throughout. The only negative is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere but that’s not unusual for these...

"We stayed one night at Suzukiya Ryokan and enjoyed it very much. The staff were very kind and attentive. We ordered the Japanese dinner and it was of high quality. We also enjoyed the public bath/osen and the traditional style, as well as the interesting displays of historical Japanese artifacts of culture. "

"The staff were AMAZING and helped me with several issues of my own cause. The heater in the room worked well. The bed mattress was uncomfortable but sleeping on the duvet always helpful. The tubs were deep and water hot.. happy with my stay "
