"Uncle Billy's went out of business 2 days before my arrival. The desk clerk informed me that Uncle Billy's would honor my reservation by booking me a room at The Kona Outrigger--a 5 star hotel. I cannot relate how impressed I was with this transfer. It was easy and convenient and a great service performed by the management of Uncle Billy's"
