"The only problem is when we took grab, the driver dropped us at the front entrance of the building and the security guard can’t help us to tell where we can talk to the receptionist. We didn’t know that the entrance is across the street by the mall. It is much better if they will put sign at the main building to give instructions to all guests how to get in the building."

There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

"We stayed one night at this property. The apartment was great, easy to get to by walking from the JB checkpoint, spacious, and clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that because we booked day of, we did not receive the email arranging check-in before leaving. When we arrived, it was very confusing to figure out where to go. There is no central front desk, and the address we had was to the building where the office was housed, but not to the office itself. Luckily I had roaming...
