"Great location and nice apartment, but we stayed on a Friday night, and there was a lot of party noice from club in the street downstairs. Also expect some noice in the building from doors closing, people coming and going etc. - not voices from people in other the apartment once they are inside.
Would improve safety to put up a smoke detector to wake guest in case of fire. "

"We stayed in Kate's apartment for a week in June. We could not have asked for a better place with a more attentive host. The check-in process was easy, the location was about as perfect as you can get, and the view from the terrace was superb. The apartment has all the amenities you could need and Kate was very good in organising anything we needed (including our forgotten travel adapters). "Our first time in Croatia and after staying at Villa Lucija we will be back! A beautiful property overlooking the countryside and out to the sea. Our host Lucija and her family were so helpful and kind, always there when we had questions.
