The Space:

Upon entering Casa Ibiza, you step right into the practical and welcoming kitchen. It overlooks the garden and is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, air fryer and many other essentials. From the kitchen, you walk straight into the enclosed garden: a peaceful, green space with a sunny terrace with loungers and an additional covered area with a large table—ideal for outdoor dining in summer.



A glass sliding door leads you to the cosy living room, where you can enjoy a warm atmosphere thanks to the gas fireplace, round table and inviting seating area—perfect for relaxing after a wonderful day.



The sleeping areas are located upstairs. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds, and an additional sleeping area on the landing with two children’s single beds—ideal for families.



The bathroom is downstairs and features a walk-in shower, single sink and toilet. A separate storage room is also available, providing extra space and a washing machine you may use free of charge.



Casa Ibiza is situated in Dunepark, a beautiful, green family domain offering plenty of activities. There is a playground, sports field and seasonal outdoor swimming pool—perfect for children and relaxation for the whole family.



Upon arrival, you can drive right up to the house. The driveway accommodates around three vehicles, depending on their size.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the accommodation and its facilities.

PET:

1 pet is allowed at Casa Ibiza. A surcharge of €20/night will be applied after your reservation is confirmed.



PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
