The space
Located in Lipa Noi on the quieter, west-facing side of Koh Samui, this tiny house sits on the front plot – closest to the water, with sea views from every front window.

Inside, the house is modern-bohemian with a clean, luxury-cabin feel: warm textures, an airy layout, and air conditioning to both bedrooms that keeps the whole home cool. The main bedroom's mezzanine is discreetly framed by the headboard, while the second bedroom flexes as a private lounge or office, or a cozy kids' room with a twin bed and futon (available free on request).

Outside, life happens slowly:
BBQs, outdoor bathing under the stars, a hammock strung up for lazy afternoons. Walk to the 7/11 and a local restaurant in minutes; hop on a bike or scooter for Samui's best attractions and local restaurants, or arrange a boat straight from the beach to nearby islands like Koh Madsum (Pig Island) and Ang Thong National Marine Park.
An on-site masseuse is on call for a Thai massage whenever you fancy one.

The beach itself is completely private, accessible only to the handful of villas that share it – no day-trippers, no crowds, no noise. Just white sand, sea, and sky. The beach faces west, so you'll get an uninterrupted sunset most evenings from your hammock, outdoor bath, and relaxation areas. The beach is swimmable and beautiful year-round, aside from occasional stormy weather.
