"Host was accessible before and during our stay. Home was easy to find, close to walk downtown, fish nearby streams, and condiments already in the home made cooking for the three of us a breeze. Appreciated the laundry facilities and entry area where we could suit up and get out of wet gear. Highly recommend this VRBO."

"Stayed one night. Couples trip by Reasonably mobile/active seniors. Photos on site are accurate. Comfortably sized room with nice amenities in safe and quiet location. Jessica was very responsive and helpful. Stairs are required to access this unit. Kodiak harbor is about 15 -20 min walk (no steep grade). Also under 5 min walk to the Bean and Bloom coffee shop-on the channel by the bridge. A pleasant and comfortable spot with large windows to watch eagles, fish, otters, boats, planes. Queen...

"It is a great unit for privacy as this unit is detached from he main house. Nice view from the balcony. Newly renovated bathroom. Host, Stephen was extremely kind and welcoming. Communication was very good. He was very responsive with any questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again."

"The property was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. Very clean home with all kinds of unique character inside the house. We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of room for gathering together and also enough room that we never felt cramped. The ocean view was stunning and the sound of the waves crashing against the the rocks all day and night, was like having a built in lullaby. I would highly recommend this for larger groups. "
