Cute and clean!
Great experience at this cute cottage in Knoxville. Was there for my daughters graduation and while the property was a little bit off the beaten path, it was adorable, clean, and the host was very responsive! Highly recommend!

Great cottage
I had a very nice stay at North Knoxville cottage. The home was clean and decorated in a manner so as to make it very comfortable and cozy. The host was responsive to my questions and helped with some minor needs I had when I first checked in. The location makes it very easy to get into downtown or the university. Area was quiet and safe.

Perfect!
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was roomy and comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. If the weather were a bit warmer we would loved to have sat on the front and back porch or out in the large back yard. Very convenient 6-7 minute drive to downtown and Old City. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful
We had the best week. This cozy place felt just like home. With all the extra little comfort of Home rock was great. Kept checking on my daughter to make sure we didn’t need anything and her recovery was going well. It was so nice to stay here. I can’t wait to come back.

cute house!!
Very nice little house - well stocked kitchen and coffee bar! Comfortable beds! The ice maker/water on fridge wasn’t working and Rock brought over bottled water and ice - very accommodating! We ubered a lot to and from UT - no problems.

Lovely house
My husband and I came to visit our daughter at UT and go to the football game. This house worked perfect for us. It is close to UT and downtown and everything we wanted to do. Lots of thoughtful amenities throughout this lovely home made our stay special. We loved the coffee bar and the back deck/backyard fire pit area. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!
