"The most disgusting booking of our entire trip. We planned to stat at Super 8 before we headed to our next destination and we were absolutely appalled by the sight of our room. Even worse was the engrained smell of smoke. We instantly booked a different place to stay. The receptionist Aziz said we could get a refund, but boy oh bye it has been a trip to get a confirmation from them to hotels in order for us to get our money back. "Parking was good. Air conditioning on all night had to have covers off. Room had smell like closed up for a while dead bolt on door didn't work. No coffee in morning. No drinking water "

"We were there for 1 late night to sleep only as we had to head out early the next morning. Room smelled musty and stale cigarettes. Bathroom had mold around the tub and baseboard. The shower hot water was 3rd degree hot for 20 seconds then ice cold then hot again. Very cheap motel we used it for sleeping only so it did its purpose but would not stay again"

"Only stayed here for half a night, but it was very lovely. Staff were super nice. The commonsroom was very pretty, and the atmosphere were more personal than with other hostels, since so few people were staying there. I was allowed to just leave without checking out, which were useful for me since I had to catch a plane early at Toronto's airport. There's a bus closeby that goes straight to the airport every hour both day and night, which makes this hostel a cheaper (and more cozy) alternative...

"there was a musty smell and our room showed signs of water damage. Staff were not outgoing, no breakfast even though the sign outside said so. No coffee for the rooms. not enough funiture in the room for more thatn 1 person, two towels, no water cups. just awful"

"Very dated rooms with a distinct smell maybe mold? Clean but dated bathrooms and poor sound insulation from your neighbours bad enough to hear them flush / pee in the toilet."
