The Zwinhuis, next to nature reserve 't Zwin & North Sea

Welcome to the Zwinhuis! A serene environment where you can relax and recharge with the whole family! Near the beautiful nature reserve "Het Zwin" and the charming "'t Zoute", you have plenty of opportunities to explore the natural beauty of the area. The house overlooks green meadows and has been recently renovated. The highlight of the house is the roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and a panoramic view of the fields. The Zwinhuis is a spacious terraced house consisting of three floors. Practical and modernly furnished just a 10-minute walk from the nature reserve "Het Zwin". On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall, the spacious and bright living and dining room, an extensive kitchen, storage room with washing machine and a courtyard. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, a bathroom with shower (2in1) and double sink as well as a separate toilet. On the third floor you will find the last bedroom with two single beds. Adjacent to this bedroom there is another bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. All three bedrooms have blackout curtains so you can sleep in. The kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped. No worries, I provide everything you need so you don't have to take this with you. You have private access to the entire house and the courtyard. I am available as much as possible for possible questions before, during and after your stay. Check-in is done using a key box. The highlight of our location is undoubtedly the proximity of the nature reserve 't Zwin. After only a 5-minute walk, you are already at this unspoiled sanctuary, where you can immerse yourself in the tranquillity of nature. Explore scenic hiking trails, observe various bird species and breathe in the fresh sea air as you relax in this natural paradise. With the beach also at your fingertips, you can spend lazy days on the coast, enjoying the sun and water activities. The lively city centre of Knokke is a short drive away (5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot) and offers a range of charming shops, gourmet restaurants and cultural sights. You can pay for parking in the street (7/7). You pay € 12.3 for this for 8 hours. The parking regulations apply 7 days a week (including holidays). The nearest public car park is Minigolf Interparking (€ 35 per day). This is only 5 minutes drive (or 30 minutes on foot). So taking the stairs is inevitable. Minors WITHOUT guidance will NOT be accepted.
