This property enjoys a fantastic location tucked away in an historic cobbled courtyard in the market town of Knaresborough in North Yorkshire. Although in a secluded spot, the property is just a short stroll from the towns shops, restaurants, and dog-friendly pubs as well as the castle and the courthouse museum. The town sits high on the clifftop overlooking the River Nidd where you can hire a boat or pay a visit to Mother Shipton's Cave. Harrogate is just a 15 minute bus ride away.

The front door of this property opens directly into the cosy lounge/diner, a comfortable room with a travertine stone floor, TV/DVD and DAB radio. From this room guests continue onto the contemporary kitchen which is situated in what was once the stables harness room, fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/small freezer. The washer/dryer, meanwhile, can be found in a separate utility room. The first of the property's two bedrooms can also be found downstairs, an attractive super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) and benefits from an en-suite shower room with WC. Galleried stairs from the front door lead up to the first floor which is occupied entirely by the master bedroom suite. This second super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request), and offers an en-suite bathroom with a double-ended bath, handheld shower, and WC.

Outside, there is a small courtyard garden to the front of the property for which garden furniture is provided, allowing guests space to enjoy alfresco drinks. There is space to store two bikes and off-road parking for one car.
