"Hotellet lå rigtig godt, og værelserne var superfine. Servicen hos de to kvindelige receptionister var virkelig dårlig, men hos den mandlige receptionist fin. Morgenmaden var utrolig ringe."

"The breakfast was nice - except for the coffee. It was the worst coffe ever. The food that are supposed to be warm, could be more warm.. The smoke from the smoking in the bar and in the restaurant in the evening (owner??) was so heavy - we could smell it on the 4. floor. It is not okay, when we have a non-smoking room. The location is really great for everything - but noisy from construktionwork right outside and the music from the restaurants, so remember earplugs. Our room was nice and very clean. The bar-area boring and to much smoke so we went elsewhere. Didn’ t use the “spa”. Only to people could sit or lay down - we were four. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. "

"The hotel itself is quite nice—clean, comfortable, and I would say it definitely deserves a solid 4 stars (though not quite 5-star level). One major downside, however, was the noise. The large windows let in a lot of sound from outside. The hotel is situated next to a road, and in Albania, it seems common for motorbikes to rev their engines loudly, especially at night. On top of that, there was a nearby construction site where work was happening well into the night, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. That said, if you’re not too sensitive to noise, the location is actually very convenient and central. So, it’s a good option if you’re looking for comfort and don’t mind a bit of city buzz. Also worth highlighting is the front desk staff—they were very helpful and service-minded, which made the overall experience more pleasant."
