"The postcard cabin we rented was everything we needed for a rustic Michigan getaway, but not too rustic, it was so nice to get out of the heat in the AC! They even thought of our dog as there was an outdoor leash provided for the dog’s outdoor time. Having the firewood on site was so convenient as well! Hot showers, a toilet, comfy beds… we will definitely be returning! The private lake was the perfect place to cool off and chill too😎 I think they may have thought of everything needed!"

"Peaceful stay. Love the included amenities- coffee, s'mores kit and firewood. Some of the reviews indicate there was an additional charge for these but happy to report they are included in your stay. Overall beautiful spot. "

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The property is well maintained and in a country type setting. We stayed in the St Moritz suite, it was very spacious and convenient being on the first floor. Really enjoyed the spa tub and ithas a nice size mini fridge to keep things cold. Judine and Robert were very nice and gracious hosts and easy to reach. The breakfasts were really good and very plentiful. Would absolutely recommend if in the south haven area."

"What a great property! I travel frequently, and this was one of my favorite stays. The property, staff, free breakfast, free happy hour, live music, and adorable room were all wonderful. "This was a fantastic historic home to stay at. It was clean, private and the breakfast was excellent every day. One of the best reasons to stay here is the beach access. The hotel is less than 100 feet from the parking lot of Dyckman Beach - a public beach. So easy to walk to each day! We wish the hotel had an ice machine and a microwave for guests."

"Loved the property as we stayed in the guest house. The friendly black cat would come greet us in the morning as we sat on our private patio for coffee.
