"Property is as described. Living area is on the 3rd floor & deck has an ocean view. About a 5 minute walk to the beach - which was never very crowded. Also quite a few restaurants walkable where food is very good. Lots of chairs, etc for the beach including carts. Kitty Hawk’s proximity to sights of interest a bonus. Many things to do when beach is not an option. The kitchen had everything we needed & there is a shower & bonus room on the main level that was ideal for rinsing off. The owner...

"This house was great for our family (4 humans and one dog) during spring break. Great location, beautiful and comfortable home. "

"Everything was great! The level of cleanliness was top notch! Short walking distance to the beach and to get food. We loved that we were able to watch our favorite shows on Netflix. We even enjoyed the convenience of making our own breakfast and lunch. Being able to sit on the deck and watch the sunset was so relaxing. We will book this place again if it’s available when we decide to return! Thank You for being some welcoming to my family and I."

"House was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the pool area and quiet neighborhood for walks. A couple of items that need addressed: several wasp nests outside by the pool and under porch swing: bug and spider issue in downstairs bedroom resulting in bites on our son in law; raised boards with nails on upstairs outside deck resulting in injury. "We had a wonderful stay- our house was conductive for the amount of people. Very spacious. However, there were many inconveniences that could easily be addressed for a minor cost. We found nails by the hot tub areas. Found in sand of volleyball court as well. Majority of outlets are loose and unusable in house and pool area. One outlet loose and exposed from floor in upstairs living space. Not near an adequate amount of utensils - but nice it had two dishwashers. Very disorganized kitchen - top...

"The location was ideal. We loved walking in the quiet neighborhood. The house was so nice. We loved that some could stay up and play air hockey on the ground floor while others were sleeping or relaxing upstairs. We made some wonderful family memories. The kite light show at Jockey’s Ridge was awesome!"
